Shipping & Delivery Times

Most orders shipped within the United States using Standard Shipping are delivered within approximately 5-10 business days after dispatch.

Most international orders are delivered within approximately 7–15 business days after dispatch.

Please note that these delivery estimates begin once your order has been shipped and do not include order processing time.

Order Processing & Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 24 hours of receiving your order.

During weekends, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume, please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be processed and dispatched.

Once your order has shipped, available tracking information will be provided so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Priority Insured Shipping

Customers who select Priority Insured Shipping are covered in the event that their order is lost, damaged, or stolen while in transit.

If your shipment is affected by any of these issues, please contact us at support@onecompress.me with your order details.

Once the issue has been reviewed, Onecompress will arrange for a replacement to be sent as soon as possible.

International Shipping & Customs

International shipping estimates do not include delays caused by customs processing or clearance.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not the responsibility of Onecompress.
